Our financial
responsibility only extends to the cost of the hardware. We will
not bear any responsibility for costs incurred through loss of data.
It is the customers responsibility to maintain an adequate back
up of data, although we will do everything within our power to safeguard
or recover lost data.
We will not install licensed
software from home recorded discs. Any official discs we are supplied
with will be presumed to belong to the customer and not 'borrowed
from work'.
We will only attempt
to connect to the internet if the customer has all the information
relevant to their Service Provider (ISP), such as user name, password,
e-mail addresses and e-mail server details.
When calling on us to
install Printers/scanners etc, make sure you have the correct installation
disc and that a connector lead has been supplied. Many printers
and scanners are not supplied with them these days.
When removing viruses
and spy-ware sometimes software is damaged or internet connection
lost. We will not bear any responsibility for putting this right
if installation discs or internet information is not provided.
